Why need Salutation?
Human mind is nearly incomprehensible and very complicated machinery. It has lots of tasks to perform at the same time.
For example a man would be working in an office, meanwhile he would be thinking of his beloved one or about his bright future, this is quite common,
but he is also breathing, springing his eyes, possibly he would have a cup of coffee in front of him waiting to be drunk and or a burning cigarette in his hand may be feeling hunger as well, and all in the same time.
The question is which part of his body in fact operating all above described actions?
Answer is simple, mind or brain.
Note that all above described actions relate to present while there may be many ideas circulating about future and many reminiscences of past life at the same time or even may be in a single moment.
This can cause depression and stress so creative movement of mind can be effected.
How salutation can help removing depression?
It’s a well known quote “sorrow and feeling of loss decrease when they are shared”
Imagine what a comfort and calm a person gets when he idly talks away to a person through whom he has gotten heart.
Same goal can be achieved through salutation in a great humble manner.
It this dust of storm is not completely thrown out of mind it can be harmful for mind as well as for body.
For example if is pressed down, it may cause sleeping problems like dreadful dreaming, nightmare, talking in asleep, snoring, agitation, un satisfaction, uncomfortably etc, it can further lead towards physical diseases like hypertension, diabetes and even towards some complicated diseases as well.

Salutation is not so much difficult if basic purpose is kept in mind.
There are various ways through which any one can make salutation him self without someone other’s help.
These ways do need a try to understand and enjoy them properly.

This could be very effective way to release tensions and depressions. It must be tried in front of mirror or at an alone place.
Talk what you want to talk without any restriction, you may be abusing someone, or may be even cursing your beloved ones, don’t forbid any idea or any word from coming out may be you would be shouting your own name again and again.
Freedom of Writing
This technique is far more better than previous one. The rules are same that is no rule at all.
Write what you want to write and keep on writing. Bring every thing out of mind on paper. Even if there’s abusing or any thing. You may start from 15 minutes and increase the time gradually up to 2 hours.
After that all lie down on bed relaxing and releasing the mind and whole body. Keep all thinking out of mind. Blank the screen of mind.
You’ll feel great comfort and inner peace right away.
After about 6-12 hours, see what you had written, possibly you’ll be feeling crazy on some sentences.
May be you’d be laughing on the words you used but you can find lots of misunderstandings and miss conceptions in your sentences through which you can easily examine your subconscious.
For example there may be hatred, bunches of uncompleted desires, jealousy, selfishness, revenge for some one, fears, doubts, seldom feelings and supper complex.
But remember you have decreased the level of that all.
Burn the papers and throw them in dustbin.
Make a daily practice till you get rid of negative reflection and get love, patience, peace, respect, calm and happiness in your sentences, however time may differ from person to person.
Making salutation may be the salutation of mistakes; it could be the acceptance of negligence before that it may need the salutation of defeat.
